Gluten-Free Banana Bread

1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp xanthum gum
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cup bananas (3 bananas)
2 cups GLUTEN free flour

MIX bananas until completely mashed. ADD sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, xanthum gum and egg.
BEAT until mixed smoothly. ADD milk and oil. BLEND until completely mixed and ADD gluten free flour.
BAKE at 350 degrees F for 65-70 minutes or until a fork comes out clean.
