Prep Time: 20 Min     Cook Time: 20 Min    Total Time:  40 Min    Temp: 350 Degrees F

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages of totrtellini (I used Taste Republic)
  • 1Ib of ground beef
  • 1 Jar (24oz) of pasta sauce
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 1-2 cups of mozza cheese
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
  • Seasoning to taste (I used garlic powder, salt and Italian seasoning)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
  2. Cook pasta to a la dente to what your package of tortellini calls for. Drain it and set it aside for future use.
  3. While pasta is boiling, brown the ground beef with the seasoning of your choice.
  4. Remove the extra grease from the beef and stir in the pasta sauce and cream cheese. Let the mixture simmer until it is well mixed.
  5. Now mix the tortellini in the sauce mixture and pour it into a prepared casserole dish. Top with mozza and parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake the dish uncovered for 20 min. Switch to broil and bake for a extra 3 minutes or until your preference on how browned the cheese is.
